1988A $1 Federal Reserve RADAR Note (27888872)

Here is a RADAR note. Radar notes have a serial number that reads the same from left to right and right to left. This RADAR note comes from a collection where the collector pulled them out of original packs with some dating back to the 1960s era.  This Radar is choice crisp uncirculated with no flaws.
